This petition has been filed to relax the condition that he has report before the respondent police station, everyday at 10.30 am, for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders, in Crl.OP.No.29453 of 2024 by order dated 25.11.2024 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner that he has report before the respondent police station, everyday at 10.30 am, for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders, in Crl.OP.No.29453 of 2024 by order dated 25.11.2024 is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 19.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police, Steel Plant Police Station, Salem City.
