Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.CHANDAN BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KRITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. , until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4427 of 2021, dated 12.03.2021 is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police, on every Monday, at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
