ORDER
The prayer in the present writ petition has become infructuous since it is stated by the learned counsel for the second respondent that the Company was sold with men and material on 31.12.2018 itself.
2. Hence, no effective orders can be passed in the prayer seeking for commencement of conciliation proceedings and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
