Respondents Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Subordinate Judge of The Nilgiris at Udhagamandalam to allow the petitioner to cross-examine RW-1 in respect of the proof affidavit filed by him or to restrict the fifth respondent 1/4
(RW1) proof affidavit only with regard to facts concerning to the Section 5 of Limitation Act application alone.
