ORDER

This petitioner has filed this contempt petition by alleging that the direction given by this Court in the WP.No.28159 of 2022 order dated 20.10.2022 was not properly complied with.

2. The 2nd respondent has filed a report stating that he conducted enquiry and the respondents 3 & 4 in W.P.No.28159/2022 have stated that they have not caused any disturbance to the petitioner in violation of the Civil Court Decree. It is further stated that they have also given written undertaking that they will not interfere with the enjoyment of the plaintiff over the suit property.

3. By recording the report of the 2nd respondent and also taking into consideration of the undertaking given by the respondents 3 & 4 in WP.No.28159/2022, further action in this contempt petition is dropped and this contempt petition is closed.
