A.No.1638 of 2024 Krishnan Ramasamy, J., This application has been filed by the applicant for extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator to pass an Award.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection for allowing this application.

3. Recording the same and being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application for extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator passing Award in the arbitration proceedings is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator, to pass an Award is extended for a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
