ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 08.01.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.29958 of 2014 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent produced a copy of the Government Order in G.O.(Ms) No.213 Revenue and Disaster Management Department dated 04.07.2019, by which, the proposal made by the respondent was rejected. Thus, we are of the view that the only remedy open to the petitioner is to challenge the aforesaid order in the manner known to law.

3.With the above observation, the contempt petition stands closed.
