Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India,to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records in respect of Tentative Counseling Schedule 2015-16 for admission to the Post Graduate Degree/Diploma/M.Ch (Neurosurgery) 6 years / MDS courses dated: Nil, issued by the 3rd respondent, quash the stipulation in so far as to that all the candidates attending the counseling other than those who were alloted under State Quota should produce their original certificates at the time of counseling included in the Tentative Counseling schedule 2015-16 for admission to Post Graduate degree dated: Nil, which affects the Petitioner squarely and direct the 3rd respondent to include the Petitioner on par with the other candidates for the selection process of the admission to Post Graduate degree 2015-16.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further since the prayer sought for in this writ petition has already become infructuous in view of the subsequent developments.
