This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 202 days in filing the Appeal.

2. The learned Counsel for the Respondents 1 and 2 present in Court has no objection.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, also considering the no objection expressed by the learned Counsel for the Respondent 1 and 2, the delay of 202 days is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

5. Accordingly, this C.M.P is allowed.
