Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to take substituted service by paper publication in Malai Murasu, Salem Edition for the hearing on 24.04.2023.

4. The paper publication in Malai Murasu, Salem Edition is to be effected on or before 13.04.2023.
