Petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the delay period.

Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.

Registry is directed to print the name of Ms.R.Sreevidhya, counsel for the second respondent at the time of admission.
