C.M.P.No.7227 of 2019 and C.R.P.No.3098 of 2017 P.T.ASHA, J.

The above Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking for a modification of the cost imposed by this Court vide order dated 11.03.2019.

In the affidavit filed in support of the modification application, the revision petitioner has contended that he is a physically challenged person and that he is a practising Advocate eking out his livelihood by receiving stipend from his Senior Advocate and he has an aged mother to take care of and hence prays for modification of the condition No.(A) of the order dated 11.03.2019, wherein he had been directed to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the respondent. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

(a) The petitioner is directed to pay a cost of Rs. 30,000/-, to the respondent on or before 26.04.2019. (b) The other conditions/directions imposed/issued by this Court vide order dated 11.03.2019 remains unaltered. 10.04.2019 dua P.T.ASHA, J.
