3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in these writ petitions has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.
4. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
