Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the order passed by the First Respondent in C.P. No. 143 of 2009 dated 12.07.2012 and quash the same.

O R D E R

This Court by an earlier order dated 02.11.2021 had referred the matter to the Mediation Centre attached to this Court to amicably resolve the disputes between the parties. The report dated 16.12.2021 has been received from the Mediation Centre along with the settlement agreement dated 16.12.2021 signed by the parties, which are placed on record.

2.Learned Counsel for both sides submit that in view of the settlement arrived between the parties, the Petitioner has paid the amount due to the Second Respondent and nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.
