This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in in Paragraph No.6(c) in Crl.O.P.No.892 of 2026 dated 04.02.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.6(c) in Crl.O.P.No.892 of 2026 dated 04.02.2026 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
