By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner claims that he purchased a piece of land admeasuring to an extent of 21 cents in S.No.234/1, Mornapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, by way of a registered sale deed dated 28.02.2013 registered as Doc.No.3559 of 2013 from one Sri.Anjappa and his legal heirs. The petitioner further claims that ever since the date of purchase, he is in possession and enjoyment of the land in question and a patta vide Patta No.3665 was also issued in this name.

3. The petitioner further states that he made a request to the 2nd respondent to survey the land in question and fix the four boundaries by submitting a representation dated 06.04.2015 and also paid necessary charges. Since no further action has been taken on his representation, he has come forward with this writ petition.
4. Heard Mr.R.Jayaprakash, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, the learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents.
5. This court, taking into consideration of the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation/application dated 06.04.2015 in accordance with law after putting on notice to the persons concerned and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as the persons concerned.
