O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by P.DHANABAL, J.] This matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that at the time of delivering the Judgment in this appeal, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw a sum of Rs.29,92,169/- deposited by the appellant pursuant to the order dated 07.07.2022 passed in C.M.P.No.10229 of 2022 and this Court also granted permission for the same. However, in the webcopy of the order, no such permission is found place.

3. In view of the above submission, we pass the following order: It is open to the appellant to file appropriate petition before the concerned Court for withdrawal of the said amount.

4. In all other aspects, the Judgment dated 21.12.2023 shall stand unaltered.

5. Registry is directed to issue amended copy of the Judgment to the parties forthwith.
