2. Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents submitted that the connected writ petition in W.P.No.36619 of 2004 was dismissed as withdrawn by a learned Single Judge of this Court vide order dated 08.12.2015.

4. On perusal of the said order dated 08.12.2015, it is seen that the same counsel, who entered appearance for the petitioners in these writ petitions, alone appeared in W.P.No.36619 of 2004.

5. Taking into consideration of the abovesaid fact and also there is no representation for the petitioners, the writ petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
