This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 118 days in filing the appeal.

3.Considering the submissions made by either side, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, however, on payment of cost. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 23.07.2024. If the cost is paid on or before 23.07.2024, this petition stands allowed and the Registry is directed to number the main appeal, if otherwise, in order and post it for admission on 23.07.2024.
