ORDER

Even though the cause list shows that notice issued on the respondent returned unserved, the concerned Tahsildar (respondent-contemnor) is present before this Court. It is now represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent that the order under contempt, had been complied with, in support of which, he produced a copy of the compliance order, dated 24.04.2017 passed by the Tahsildar. The compliance order is taken on file and if

the petitioner is still aggrieved by the said order dated 24.04.2017, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law. The Contempt Petition is accordingly closed. The presence of the said Tahsildar is dispensed with. The respondent-contemnor is discharged of the contempt proceedings.
