This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to secure the accused persons and to file the final report in Crime No.1016/2021 on the file of respondent police as early as possible.

2.Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation in Crime No.1016 of 2021 will be completed soon and the respondent will be able to file the final report within a period of four months.
