TOS.No.18 of 2015 & C.S.No.325 of 2013 P.B.BALAJI, J., Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned'.

2.Heard Mr.T.V.Ramanujam, learned Senior Counsel for the plaintiffs and Mr.D.Nellaiappan, learned counsel for the defendants in TOS.No.18 of 2015.

3.It is brought to my notice that the plaintiff Mrs.G.Saroja @ Pattammal is no more and the same needs to be reflected in the cause title. Though the legal heirs are brought on record even as early as on 08.10.2021, the word 'deceased' has not been mentioned, besides the name of G.Saroja @ Pattammal.

4.It is also brought to my notice that the decree drafted by the Registry does not contain the schedule of the property in the suit for partition.

5.Registry is directed to look into the said representation made by the learned counsel and do the needful in this regard.

02.01.2025 ata Note: Registry shall carryout necessary corrections and issue a fresh judgment copy.
