This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to file a charge sheet in connection with the case in Crime No.561 of 2023 dated 11.12.2023 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the further action has been dropped and he is yet to file a closure report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the respondent in Crime No. 561 of 2023. Hence, the direction sought by the petitioner cannot be considered.
