The Special Officer v. The Principal Labour Court

W.P.No.850 of 2013 S. VAIDYANATHAN, J.

The matter has been placed before this court seeking extension of time for a further period of 3 months to dispose of C.P.No.14/2011, pending on the file of Principal Labour Court, Vellore.

2. As requested by the learned Presiding Officer (FAC), Principal Labour Court, Vellore, three months time is granted and that Principal Labour Court, Vellore, is expected to decide the matter on day to day basis without adjourning the matter beyond seven working days at any point of time and to proceed to dispose of the matter pending before the said forum.
