This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner/complainant to prefer appeal before this Court as against the judgment of acquittal dated 01.02.2024 passed in S.T.C.No.9991/2022.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal as against the judgment made in S.T.C.No.9991/2022 dated 01.02.2024.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case on 08.04.2024 for admission.
