The present application has been filed to permit the applicant/ plaintiff to make the amendments in the plaint in C.S.No.83 of 2024. 2.Heard Mr.G.Masilamani, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.M.Vishnu Venkatesh,

3.Learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant would submit that there are some arithmetic errors in the application and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the same and further requested this Court to grant liberty to the file a fresh application.
