ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The writ of mandamus has been instituted to direct the 1 st respondent to pass an appropriate order pursuant to the inquiry conducted by the District Vigilance Committee on 17.10.2024, regarding the veracity of the petitioner's community certificate.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the inquiry is in progress and will ascertain the fact regarding the final order passed by the District Level Committee. Therefore, the 1 st respondent is directed to complete the inquiry in all aspects

and pass appropriate orders, if not already passed.

3. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
