ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records in FIR No.3 of 2010 dated 12.06.2010 pending on the file of the respondent and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and the learned counsel for the de facto complainant.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No. 3 of 2010 has been completed and three charge sheets have been filed in C.C.Nos.200/2011, 201/2011 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

202/2011 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore and the trial is almost complete.

Recording the same, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
