Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner herein by this Hon'ble Court, Order dated 01.03.2021 passed in Crl.O.P.No.3210 of 2021 that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.UDAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. P.KRITIKA KAMAL Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3210 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 307, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.19 of 2021, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
