This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint and file an FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 25.04.2015 within a time frame. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 25.04.2015 by post to the respondent. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint to the Respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
