Petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition with a grievance that without any basis both legally and factually, the water connection has been disconnected. Though the petitioner made representation thereafter, she has not been provided with the reconnection.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that

petitioner is a lady aged bout 70 years. She is ready and willing to pay the requisite charges, if so required, as according to her, she has already paid them.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader, does not have any objection.

4. Considering the submissions made, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the respondent to effect reconnection of the water supply, which was disconnected, subject to the condition that the petitioner pays all the requisite payment/charges. Needful will have to be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
