ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to assess, determine and pay the compensation to petitioner's lands in SF.No.434/1,2,4, 433/3,4,6,7,8 of Sigaralahalli Village, Pennagaram Taluk in compliance with undertaking given in the proceedings dated 13.05.2020 and 04.08.2020 made by of third respondent in Na.Ka.No.20/2020/A1.

The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that insofar as the trees and crops are concerned, the petitioner was paid a sum of Rs.1,74,995/- as compensation. Insofar as the land is concerned, 2/4

the compensation was also fixed at Rs.88,049/- and the petitioner was directed to produce all revenue documents by the communication dated 19.04.2021. However, even till today, the petitioner did not appear and failed to produce any revenue documents.

Therefore, the petitioner is directed to produce all the required documents before the third respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to disburse the compensation within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
