O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd Respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 27.02.2020 by issuing patta to the petitioner for the S.No. 292/15 at Paiyanur Village Thirupporur Taluk Chengalpattu District by implementing the 1st respondents order dated 01.08.2020.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for issuance of patta', the learned Special Government Pleader

appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that after enquiry, the representation dated 01.08.2020 made by the petitioner is rejected vide order of the 3rd respondent viz, Tahsildar, dated 17.04.2022.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court, grants liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in manner known to law.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
