ORDER
There is no appearance by or on behalf of the the petitioner. Mr.C.Mohan, learned counsel appears for the Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board/sole respondent.
2. The prayer is for a mandamus directing the respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2020 for return of excess tax paid and also issue a correct tax bill containing the correct quantification of tax.
3. I had, on 17.04.2021 directed the respondent to consider and dispose the representation of the petitioner after hearing him. Today, order dated 30.06.2021 is circulated disposing the representation, though adverse to the petitioner. Thus, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
mandamus, as sought for, stands achieved and nothing further survives in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge order dated 30.06.2021, if he may so desire, in accordance with law. No costs.
