PRAYER:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute in O.S.No.38 of 2021 pending on the file of District Munsif Court, Vaniyambadi, Thirupattur District, which is pending in between the petitioner and the 11th respondent herein. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 11th respondent in O.S.No.38 of 2021 on the file of District Munsif Court, Vaniyambadi, Thirupattur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that when a Suit is pending between the parties, the respondent police would not interfere in the civil dispute except in the event of any law and order issues.

4. Recoding the statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed.
