This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police viz, the Station House Officer, Bahalur Police Station, Bahalur, Krishnagiri District to register a case on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 27.06.2015 and to file final report within a stipulated period.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

them. On the allegations of this nature, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register the FIR. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
