ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take disciplinary action against the fourth respondent for giving false news in the media involving the petitioner's administration and that of the respondents 1 to 3.

2. Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
