Application No.1947 of 2021 in C.S.No.200 of 1930 R.SUBBIAH, J This application has been filed to modify the order dated 01.04.2021 passed in A.No.1384 of 2021 as the Official Trustee may be permitted to utilise Rs.10,40,992/- from the accumulation of funds of Kadappakkam Charities of the Financial Year 2016-2017 for purchasing a four-wheeler vehicle of Mahindra Bolero B6 (O) BS6 from the lowest quotation of "Automative Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd., No.107/1, Nelson Manickam Road, Aminjikarai, Chennai-600 029", instead of "Mehindra, Old No.184, New No.242, Anna Salai, Chennai-600 006" to donate the said vehicle to Nedhrodaya, No.47/1, Phase II, Nolambur, Mogappair West, Chennai-600 037.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant/A.G. & O.T. that they have inadvertently stated in the report in respect of the lowest quotation as "Mehindra, Old No.184, New No.242, Anna Salai, Chennai-600 006" for purchasing the said four wheeler vehicle, instead of "Automative Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd., No.107/1, Nelson 1 / 4

Manickam Road, Aminjikarai, Chennai-600 029" and hence, he requested that necessary modifications may be done in the said order dated 01.04.2021.

3. Accordingly, the modification as sought for in this application is ordered and wherever "Mahendra, Old No.184, New No.242, Anna Salai, Chennai-600 006" comes in the said order dated 01.04.2021, the following shall be placed:

"Automative Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd., No.107/1, Nelson Manickam Road, Aminjikarai, Chennai-600 029"

4. This modification application is ordered accordingly. 30.04.2021 Registry is directed to carry out the above modification and issue fresh order copy forthwith to the applicant.
