JAYACHANDRAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.4879 of 2022 IN CRL OP.5444/2022 J.ANGAYARKANNAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, W-35, ALL WOMEN POLICE STATION, TAMBARAM (CRIME NO.24/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner shall report before the Investigation officer daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders in the above case in Crl.O.P.No.5444/2022 dated 9/3/22 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.MOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 19.03.2022 to 09.04.2022.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 09.03.2022, the condition No.8(b) that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e. on every Sunday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this petition is modified.
