Writ Petition No.22366/17 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the entire records of the 4th respondent in Ref. No.PL-3 (L692) dated 17.05.2017 and quash the said order and to forbear the respondents from in any way collecting or recovering any further sum including the penal interests and other

interests compoundable annually towards for the House Building Advance borrowed by the petitioner from the respondents and to set off the entire House Building Loan Amount and to issue No Due certificate to that effect.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted letter dated 30.10.2017 to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to post the above writ petitions for withdrawal. The matters are listed today under the heading for withdrawal. When the matters are taken up today, a similar request is made before this Court and an endorsement has also been to that effect. 2.

Hence, the Writ Petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
