ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 02.07.2018.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondents police conducted an enquiry on 17.07.2018 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Cr.No.478 of 2018 for the offence under sections 341, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of IPC.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that the police protection cannot be granted to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
