ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the bail condition imposed against the petitioner / appellant in Crl.M.P.No.15340 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.219 of 2023 vide order of this Court dated 11.11.2024 that the petitioner shall stay at Villupuram District and shall report before the Inspector of Police, Villupuram Town Police Station, Villupuram once in a week at 10.30 am.

2. This Court while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15340 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.219 of 2023, imposed certain conditions. The petitioner has filed this criminal revision petition to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 11.11.2024.

3. Since the typed set of papers are made ready and the Criminal Appeal is riped for final disposal, this Court is inclined to take up the criminal appeal for hearing the arguments and for disposal. At this stage, this Court is not

inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
