and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner with all attendant benefits.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice dated 31.07.2013 issued under Section 81 of Tamilnadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983. However, there was no interim order passed by this Court. In view of the same, the enquiry pursuant to the impugned notice was already over, and the report was also submitted by an enquiry officer, resulting in passing an order of termination of services of the petitioner, much prior to filing of present writ petition. However, for the reasons best known, the petitioner has not chosen to challenge the order of termination dated 10.08.2015. 2.

In view of the same, the relief sought in the present writ petition has become infructous as on the date of filing of the present writ petition itself.

In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps against the order of termination. The connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
