Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police station on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Honble court in Crl.MP.No.7569/2020 in Crl.MP.No.5949/2020 in Crl.OP.No.12702/2020 dated 16.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7569 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12702 of 2020, dated 05.10.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
