This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3015 of 2024 on 12.02.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.3015 of 2024 on 12.02.2024 regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that charge sheet in this case has been filed and yet to taken on record.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions on either side, this court modifies the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.3015 of 2024 on 12.02.2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before trial Court on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. till the charge is taken on file.
