PONGIAPPAN, J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 203 days in filing the above Criminal Revision petition against the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Salem in C.M.P.No.3 of 2019 in S.C.No.307 of 2017 dated 28.05.2019.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
3. Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondent Police and he has no objection in allowing this petition.
4. Further, this petition is filed to condone the delay of 203 days in filing the appeal against the impugned order in C.M.P.No.3 of 2019, which was filed under Section 451 of Cr.P.C.
5. Therefore, considering the nature of the petition filed by the petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.
