ORDER

This application has been filed by the petitioner, seeking extension of time to surrender before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of SC/ST Act cases at Vellore, as ordered by this Court in the above Crl.O.P.No.1710 of 2026, dated 27.01.2026.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of SC/ST Act cases at Vellore, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1710 of 2026, dated 27.01.2026, is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
