CRIME NO.773/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.MP.No.7575/2020 in Crl.OP.No.13789/2020 dated 16.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S. KRITIKA KAMAL.P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7575 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13789 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 498(A), 306 of IPC, in Crime No.773 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
