ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.Gowtham Thilak, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the first to third respondents; and Mr.S.Jaganathan, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

2.Encroachment is alleged on the school land. 3.Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the inspection/survey would be conducted and after the survey is conducted, if encroachment is found, action would be undertaken in accordance with law.

4.In view of the said statement, no further orders are necessary. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.24526 of 2018 is closed.
