These two applications are presented to reopen the evidence of D.W.1 and to recall D.W.1.
2. The learned counsel for the applicant points out that the documents relied upon by the 1st defendant were inadvertently not marked in the course of examination in chief. The present applications are filed for such purpose.
3. The respondent/plaintiff has no objection to these applications being allowed.
4. Upon considering the reasons stated by the 1st defendant, these applications are allowed as prayed for.
