These two applications are presented to reopen the evidence of D.W.1 and to recall D.W.1.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant points out that the documents relied upon by the 1st defendant were inadvertently not marked in the course of examination in chief. The present applications are filed for such purpose.

3. The respondent/plaintiff has no objection to these applications being allowed.

4. Upon considering the reasons stated by the 1st defendant, these applications are allowed as prayed for.

5. The learned counsel for the defendants states that D.W.1 would be available for examination in the week beginning 11th of July 2022. Accordingly, the following schedule is fixed for further proceedings: a) Examination of D.W.1 from 11.07.2022 to 22.07.2022 b) Oral arguments on 29.07.2022.

6. List before the learned Additional Master-III for recording evidence as per the above schedule.
